Europcar Rental Prestwick Airport
Ignorant and disinterested staff who either were talking among themselves or on the phone whil one single customer (me!) was waiting for service. And no, I don't want to come back in 10 minutes - I want to get my flight !!!!

Auto Europe Car Hire
Big Thieves. When I made the online resevation, it was $50 and said that the amount due was zero. However when I rented the car, I had to pay another surcharge of $45. The rental agency told me that it was because I had used autoeurope to book the car....
